Cancellation Policy:
Card on file is required to book an appointment at Vivid
Less than 36-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 20% of the schedule service(s) total.
‘NO SHOWS’ will result in a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled service(s) total.
If you no call/no show 3 or more appointments, you will not be permitted to schedule any further appointments with us.
**Notice can be made via Meevo messaging, Email, and Phone call (voicemail too). As long as you have sent notice 36 hours prior to your appointment time, no charge will be made.
